Eng. Alaa Abu Ein: A distinguished career in leadership and pioneering

Engineer Alaa Abu Ein was born on January 3, 1975, and completed his school education at Friends Schools in Ramallah, where he graduated with honors in 1992. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 1997, then completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with honors from Birzeit University in 2004. He currently serves as the Secretary General of the Palestinian Developers Union. Positions and Achievements: • Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Ein Holding Group (now): Leads this group that includes a wide range of investments and projects in the Palestinian private sector. • Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Ein Real Estate Group (2009 - present): A leading company in the field of construction and real estate, and has developed many important projects. • Chairman of the Board of Directors of STIA Import and Export Company (2010 - present): The largest company in Palestine specializing in household and electrical appliances. • Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pal Aluminum Factory: A factory specialized in metal products. • Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dynamic Group for Electromechanical and Mechanical Services (2015 - Present): A company specialized in energy solutions, including generators and energy storage. • Co-founder and Board Member of City Grand Mall Group (2017 - Present): A company specialized in developing commercial markets, and is currently developing “Centro Mall”, the largest mall in Palestine. • Board Member of several Palestinian industrial, development and commercial companies (2008 - Present). • Board Member of the Palestinian Economists Association (2010-2012). • Secretary General of the Palestinian Developers Union (2016 - Present). • Parents Member of Friends Schools Ramallah (2004-2005). • Advisory Board Member of Deir Tarif Association (2012 - Present). • Board Member of Jerusalem District Electricity Company (2015-2017). • Elected Member of Ramallah Municipal Council (2012-2017). • Chairman of the Student Council of Friends Schools, Ramallah (1991-1992). His Community Contributions: Engineer Alaa Abu Ein participated in many youth delegations through the Orient House from 1991 to 1997, contributing effectively to strengthening the role of youth in Palestinian society.
